By using Skool Rank Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skool Rank Tracker is a tool that tracks Skool community search rankings over time. The Service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uptime.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Early Bird pricing: $3/month or $18/year. Lock in your price forever—all future updates are included at the price you pay at sign-up. Price will increase in the future. Payment is processed by Polar.sh. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information. Cancel anytime through your account or customer portal.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent limits, or use it in a way that harms Skool or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
